I experienced a difficult time in life, I'm actually a small business owner myself and honestly I stepped out of character, an those ladies handled my over anxious moment very well . I appreciate them for doing there jobs right even if mistakes are made on both parts . Thank you Bayside .

Maybe the phone answering service isn't great, but that's most businesses these days. If you actually get yourself in here, the place is clean, efficient, professional and kind. The staff go out of their way to help, especially at the front desk. I suspect a lot of these negative reviews are from hurt people projecting their general life experience onto the world around them 😓

I have called a few times to set up an appointment. No call back. The after hours answering service can not even tell me the office hours tomorrow nor if it may be available for me to be seen. I was cursed at and hung up on three times and Angela is extremely rude condescending and unprofessional. It was as if I bothered their hang out spot tonight. There really is no use for multiple employees that are unkind unhelpful and disrespectful. It's shameful how someone who wants information is dismissed in their time of need. I can not wait to have a discussion with her supervisor although she claims that she is the head supervisor and there's no one above her and then screams and hangs up the phone I hope the lines recorded because this is abhorrent behavior. I will be contacting the government overseers regarding this treatment as well as lack thereof. Hopefully these positions are erased as they are wasteful. Hope isn't a strategy but I certainly have one.

This star review is solely for the woman that did the teeth cleaning in 2021. I’ve always thought back to this experience and I need closure from the way she treated me. It was about my third cleaning in and she decided that I didn’t need to be numbed and proceeded to clean my teeth and hurt me the entire time. For some reason she started to become rude to me my 2nd visit in. When I tell you I was in pain, that would be an understatement. She also had the nerve to say aloud, “ Hey you need to wake up “, like I was passing out high like some junkie… She seemed to just try and embarrass me for no reason because she knew she was hurting me. Terrible dental hygienist. I really hope that she’s been fired since then and saved anyone else from the type of abuse this woman did to me! That feels good to finally tell anyone who is reading..😤

I absolutely Love this place, and all the Nurses here.... They are the first people that didn't operate in satan against my health. They actually treated me and didn't take all their bitterness out on me, such as you will find at morton plant, and they are not full of incompetence and depraved indifference like mease countryside, and it's much easier to get to than saint Anthony's because it's in Clearwater. The nurses are very good nurses, and they are very sweet ladies. I have not even had to see a doctor they are that good I got treated by the Nurse! Them type of nurses work here.

Worst healthcare I have ever encountered. The staff are verbally abusive, they trespassed onto my property leaving notes on my car at home. They abandoned me, neglected me. The refuse to give me my medical records. I have reported them to the Public Health Department. They are not a "healthcare clinic" they are a "hell i could care less" clinic.
